The Brighton condos market is something of a new phenomena, since the residents has historically been made up of working class families, college students, graduate students, and young professionals. The area is home to the Bryman Institute, Saint John’s Seminary, most of Boston College’s campus, as well as being just a few minutes from other close by academic institutions. Generally, when residents refer to the area, Brighton is administered directly with Allston, calling it “Allston-Brighton”.
