The Fenway is considered one of the last untouched gems of Boston’s real estate market. Due to it’s prime location, situated between the Charles River, Back Bay, nearby colleges, Mission Hill, Back Bay Fens, and Kenmore, it’s clear why so many analysts predict a huge amount of room for development.
