Are you selling your home without the assistance of a seller’s broker? Looking to preserve the seller’s portion of the commission, withholding it for yourself? Be sure to use all the resources available by adding your property to the Multiple Listing Service.

The MLS was once a service that could only be utilized by licensed Realtors. Now, however, you have the ability to add your condo, single-family home, or multi-family home, and thereby, heavily increasing the exposure of your property to potential buyers. Rather then paying a seller’s broker the normal 2.5% - 3% commission for their services, you only need to pay a one time, flat-fee to list your property. You handle the listing as you prefer, and you sell your property all by yourself. Prospective buyers will find your listing and contact you directly.

Submitting your property though Boston Condo Group ensures that your listing will appear on an entire network of sites, including Yahoo, Mass Homes, Homes.com, Realtor.com, plus all the other sites that display MLS results on their websites.

You Don't Pay Until Your Listing is Live!

With our flat fee listing service, we don't take payment until your listing is live. We believe that you shouldn't have to pay for our services until you've received them. Here are the steps necessary to get your listing up:

1.) Print out the appropriate form for your property. Each form requests the information needed for us to place your property on the Multiple Listing Service. Please select the form associated wtih the type of property you are selling.

2.) Download, review, and sign our Marketing Agreement. Make sure to initial each of the first three pages in the bottom right hand corner, and to sign the 4th page.

3.) Send us both the completed MLS form and the marketing agreement. You can deliver these documents to us several different ways.

  1. Fax them to 617-507-8510
  2. Scan and email them to bostoncondogroup@gmail.com
  3. Mail them to Boston Condo Group, MLS Dept., Lewis Wharf ,Bay 226, Boston, MA 02110.
  4. Drop them off at our office. Lewis Wharf, Bay 226, in Boston's North End.

4.) Within 1 - 2 business days, your listing will be submitted and put live on the Multiple Listing Service. At this point, you must pay the flat listing fee. You can do this by contacting us by phone and paying with a credit card. If you would prefer to pay by check, you must deliver the check at the same time you give us the necessary forms.
