The "Condo Search Tool" is designed to be the most efficient way to search the entire population of Boston condos on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Most sites on the Internet simply use the default search function provided by the MLS service, either framing in another site or sending the visitor somewhere else. The problem with this structure is that it isn't built specifically for any particular "property type" or "geographic area", and searching the entire database can be difficult and time consuming. What the Condo Search Tool does for you is pre-download all the condo listings in the Boston area, provide searchable fields that are condo specific, and tailor your search values towards this broken down listings pool. The result is a tool that makes your condo search quicker, more intuitive, and often with better results.
To begin your search, simply choose "All Areas" to search all of Boston, or select one area at a time. If you would like to search only a few of Boston's areas, just hold down the "Ctrl" key as you click on each one. When you find properties you're interested in, you can print out the page as a brochure, contact us for more information, or write down the 8 digit MLS #. You can always return to this page, plug in the 8 digit MLS # on the left side, and your listing will pop right up. If you would like to view the street addresses of the listings, you must create an MLS account on our search results page.
