Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill condos offer some of the most unique and most sought after properties in the entire city. It has always been this way, since revolutionary times, when many of its streets look just as they are now. Beacon Hill sits right between the Charles River and The Public Garden and Boston Common. The area, which is home to approximately 10,000 residents within its rough square mile, has one of the highest concentrations of private wealth in the country.

Although there are several large condo buildings in Beacon Hill, most of its streets are lined by Federal style row houses, either ascending or descending the hill. The hill was once much taller, but it was leveled off during Back Bay’s land reclamation project, which is right next door. Buying a Beacon Hill condo can’t guarantee you’ll become a part of Boston’s historic past, but you’ll live it every night when you walk it’s narrow one-way streets that have been delicately lit by gas lit lanterns for so many years.
